| 2:16 pm | Letter to my local tv Station manager. Okay, let's get to sixes and nines here Mike. First, I'm starting to think that just being on the end of the news broadcast at your station may be leaving you with a slightly enlarged case of narcissistic ego-itis. Nothing I can do about that. However, the McCain lawsuit was dismissed on two grounds. One, John McCain was found to be born of American parents. Two, John McCain was born on American soil. There's the six. But to create it with a nutshell. McCain provided a physical VAULT (Personal) copy that he had in his own personal files of his Birth Certificate. There are so many things that we need to provide identification for in our society Mike. I'm sure that if I were to come down to the station and even apply for a job, I would have to provide a legitimate address. The least that I would need would be a post office box from just up the street. Seeings as how the post office is halfway between my domicile and the TV station. But that's besides the point. I'd have to fill out a registration form for that. Might even have to show some id. But I'm getting away from the application for a job at your station. I would need to provide two forms of identification for that. My Social Security Card, and a second form of identification that has picture ID. Basic forms of identification that require, or will require a birth certificate. It seems that this society was based on just being similar to the ISO 9000 world. Certification by one qualifying entity would ensure certification across the board for the rest of a consumers customers. I'm talking ISO business stuff here mike, and trying to simplify it for you and the TV audience. In ISO business, an applying entity would have to go through the credentialing process just once with a certified member. Once the process has been vetted, then the applying entity is ISO certified across the entire board and spectrum for the significant number ISO. Iso 9000, 9001, etc. Now, back to the matter that we seem to be going around with sixes and nines. The birth certificates. The latest update is that Greta Van Susteren of Fox News is wanting to get to the bottom of it. http://gretawire.foxnews.com/2008/1 Now for the nines. Obama's birth certificate and the P. Berg case. The Judge dismissed the lawsuit, not because Obama whipped out his birth certificate, but because the Judge deemed that the Plaintiff did not have reasonable cause to bring the suit because the plaintiff would not be harmed if Obama gained the white house. A paraphrase of the Judge's words according to Attorny Berg, "According to Judge Surrick, we the people have no right to police the eligibility requirements under the U.S. Constitution." I.e., the individual voter would not be harmed. However, there is the legal technicality. I talked to a local lawyer about this, and Berg pointed this out on his bLAWg. Yes, lawyers have blogs. They talk about the law too Mike. Since Obama did nothing more than try to delay the inquirery. Mr. Berg has stated that Obama has laid claim legally to the statement that he was not born in the US, because Mr. Obama did not reply respectfully to the lawsuit. According to Mr. Berg, and according to his interpretation of Rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Obama did not provide his birth certificate within 30 days, and by not providing the documents in question in a court of law, Obama has admitted that he is of foreign birth. But Mike, that's not the only document that is in question. There's the loyalty oath that every naturalized citizen must take, a green card, etc. The Governor of California, I'm sure has both of those documents. But the Obama camp has not released on shred of evidence, save one that will damn them. The Indonesian school records, which list his name, with his fathers last name and his religion. That record alone, stipulates that Obama had to have been a citizen of Indonesia, which means that a renouncement of American Citizen had to have occured. I'm not a lawyer, just a very concerned citizen. And in a system where it is a "Government by the People, for the People and of the People," this is some serious stuff that would fly in the face of every kid who grew up on "Schoolhouse Rock" in the 70s. Now, I want the facts. I want an UNBIASED official, not associated with the state of Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Illinois, California to verify the birth certificate as it would have been in the year of birth. I also want to have law enforcement present for this, as well as major media coverage from all three plus fox news and several picks of local media from both sides of the policital wash. But before that person put's their hands on it, I want them certified. I had to show proof of citizenship to even get a job, why not Obama? What do you think about that Mike? I want to see absolute proof that Obama has a legal right to lay claim to being able to run for the office of President of the United States of America. I am a concerned citizen, and I feel that if Obama is not of legal birth, then the very fabric of our society, or laws and Constitution will be caused to unravel to a point where we, as individuals, will be open to attacks of any kind. The P. Berg lawsuit was to have the Obama political camp show proof of citizenship by producing a Vault copy of Obama's birth certificate. A similar suit against McCain was dismissed when McCain provided his Vault copy and defended his citizenship. Obama has not. Obama has filed for delays and extensions to put the trial past our election day. But in the end, the case was dismissed. What does that mean for us. A look at the Judge's words, as told by Attorney Berg: "According to Judge Surrick, we the people have no right to police the eligibility requirements under the U.S. Constitution." I.e., the individual voter would not be harmed if someone who can not provide a rightful citizenship were to obtain the position of President of the United States. The Judge dismissed the lawsuit because the Judge deemed that the Plaintiff did not have reasonable cause to bring the suit because the plaintiff would not be harmed if Obama gained the white house. I felt satisfied that Mr. Berg was bringing this lawsuit to trial. I have even backed him in his efforts. There is something else to consider, according to Mr. Berg. Obama has laid claim to the statement that he was not born in the US, not because Mr. Berg won the case, but because Obama did not reply within the time of the lawsuit had for discovery. According to Mr. Berg, Rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Mr. Obama has admitted to being of foreign birth. And for other claims in Mr. Berg's lawsuit, he is not either a naturalized citizen or having the legal ability to lay claim to the Office of President. I had a frank discussion with an attorney friend of mine, and he stated that the case does have merit, should not have been dismissed. After asking if we should be scared, he said that he is very scared that someone does not have to show citizenship according to the US Constitution to obtain the office of President. I'm not a lawyer, just a very concerned citizen.
